The Leaders.

Each brownie unit has various members, there are obviously the brownies and then there adults and teenagers too.

The adults are either:
Leaders, those who have taken their Promise as adults and have completed or are working on their Girlguiding Adult Leadership Qualification
or
Unit Helpers, who are an essential extra pair of hands.

The teenagers can either be Guides in Service (aged between 12 and 14), Young Leaders (aged between 14 and 18) and Duke of Edniburgh Scheme helpers.

In our unit we have 4 leaders:
